Prime steak is a term you’ll often find on the menus of upscale steakhouses. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), ‘prime’ is the highest grade a meat can achieve. This superior grade is known for being juicy, flavorful, and tender, owing to the highest level of marbling. Marbling refers to the white flecks of intramuscular fat, which is a positive attribute that shows a higher level of flavor will be present in the cut of meat. Only 2% of all meat graded by the USDA makes it to this superior category, which makes it the most sought-after and delectable grade of meat on the market.

At Vines Grille & Wine Bar, we take great pride in serving only USDA prime steaks. Our menu features a variety of cuts including a 14oz Prime New York Strip, a 16oz Prime Ribeye, an 8oz Cab® Filet Mignon, a 34oz Prime Tomahawk Ribeye, a 12oz Australian Wagyu New York Strip, and the exquisite A5 Japanese Wagyu. Each of these cuts is prepared using a combination of pan-searing, wood fire grilling, and charcoal grilling techniques, designed to bring out the best flavors in the meat.

But the indulgence doesn’t stop at the steak. At Vines, we offer an array of sauces including Gorgonzola, Chimichurri, Horseradish Cream, Au Poivre, Demi-Glaze, Bearnaise, and Truffled Au Jus, each designed to enhance the flavors of our prime meats.

Our commitment to quality extends to our seafood as well. We source our seafood from Buckhead Orlando, one of the largest wholesale distributors of fresh and frozen seafood in the state. They are Kosher certified, Marine Stewardship Counsel (MSC) certified, and meet or exceed FDA, USDC, USDA, and GMP standards.
