For only $135 per person, you are invited to experience five tantalizing courses, each paired with a wine that enhances the taste sensation of the dish.
1st Course
Kick off the evening with our flavorful Octopus Escabeche, marinated in grapefruit vinegar and complemented by sweet red pepper coulis and crispy Peruvian corn. This appetizer is beautifully paired with a glass of the refreshing Cousino-Macul Chardonnay, a Chilean white wine known for its bright and fruity notes.
2nd Course
The journey continues with Chupin de Pescado, a succulent fish stew featuring steamed snapper and clams, accompanied by fingerling potatoes and adorned with a spicy tomato fume and salsa verde. This course is perfectly paired with the aromatic Tilia Torrentes, a fresh Argentinian white wine.
3rd Course
